Fixed incorrect file name causing game not to launch. 

Added chest to Island1 to avoid excessive farming of grass and sticks. 

Fixed bug where if you light the campfire, teleport to another map, come back and talk to it, it would crash the game. 

Raft 2 stage was teleporting you to the same map, instead of the next map.
